| Skype | We love Skype. Call quality is very good. Built in conference calling up to 20 people. Video conferencing. Built-in instant messaging. Free Skype-to-Skype calls to anyone in the world. Most smart phones now have a Skype app too. | FREE to Varies |
| TweetAdder | This program saves us so much time it’s not funny. 99% of our Twitter activities are completely automated thanks to this program.
